📋 Description

• Lead Agile transformation efforts • Coach cross-functional teams • Manage program delivery • Foster a culture of continuous improvement • Develop and execute enterprise Agile transformation strategy • Establish and mature Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) standards • Align Agile transformation with federal mission objectives • Lead Agile maturity assessments and roadmap creation • Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, RTEs, Scrum Masters, and leadership in SAFe best practices • Deliver SAFe training and Agile workshops • Facilitate key ceremonies including PI Planning and ART Syncs • Advocate Lean-Agile values across the organization • Oversee Agile program delivery across workstreams • Ensure compliance and client satisfaction • Manage program scope, timeline, risks, and deliverables • Provide executive-level updates and reporting • Serve as a liaison between federal stakeholders and delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery and program management • 5+ years of experience in coaching Agile/SAFe transformations • Active SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification • Experience working in a federal contracting environment • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. • Familiarity with EPA, public health, or environmental safety programs (preferred) • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne (preferred) • Experience implementing DevSecOps in federal Agile environments (preferred)
