📋 Description

• Lead Experience Strategy by defining multi-year vision for integrated financing customer journey • Identify strategic bets and connect customer needs to business outcomes • Build frameworks and artifacts for senior leaders • Audit existing services and lead design sessions with partners • Create net new services and channels while driving innovation • Orchestrate delivery of service improvements across channels and business lines • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, loan officers, and engineers • Mentor designers and raise quality of service design work • Implement AI capabilities related to service design

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in service design, design strategy, business design, product design, user experience design, or related field • Proven ability to operate at multiple levels, from executive storytelling to detailed design critique and delivery • Experience influencing product or business strategy with senior stakeholders • Strong service design craft including journey maps, service blueprints, storyboards • Experience in complex, cross-functional environments • Ability to develop frameworks, tools, and approaches for team alignment • Experience mentoring other designers • Expertise with Figma, Mural, or similar tools • Experience in regulated environments like financial services or healthcare is a plus • Experience using AI tools to support design workflows is a plus
