• Lead design and implementation of new features for mortgage technology • Review code and architectural proposals • Advocate for engineering best practices • Mentor and support other engineers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects • Participate in an inclusive, collaborative team environment • Work with a range of technologies, including Go, Java, C#, NodeJS, and databases
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of software development experience • Proficiency in Go, Java, C#, NodeJS, or similar languages • Strong collaboration skills • Passionate about engineering and distributed systems • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in mentoring and coaching • Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience • Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
