• Review title commitments and attorney title opinion letters • Coordinate with consumers, creditors, attorneys, and underwriters • Update title commitments as new information becomes available • Confirm all outstanding matters are cleared prior to or at close of escrow
🎯 Requirements
• Seven years minimum of title curative experience • Great teammate who maintains a positive demeanor • Proactive problem solver • Confidence with editing technical legal documents • Understanding of title clearance requirements
