• Own new-hire onboarding for ZHL underwriters and reviewers • Design and deliver ongoing training that uplevels existing team members • Develop, maintain, and govern curriculum • Lead calibration and quality initiatives • Provide floor support and coaching • Foster a culture of continuous learning
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years’ experience as a mortgage underwriter • Proven training or facilitation experience • Expert knowledge of agency and insurer guidelines • AUS and LOS proficiency • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • FHA DE and/or VA LAPP/SAR credentials
