📋 Description

• Serve as the chief customer liaison • Engage with technical stakeholders • Drive delivery for large enterprise customers • Lead discovery sessions • Manage go-live activities • Ensure customers realize full platform value post-launch • Orchestrate internal teams to deliver customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of Spanish • Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills • Strong experience in digital or IT transformation projects • Technical-savvy and solution-oriented • Proven ability to manage large, complex enterprise projects • Experience in Field Service Management (FSM), Telecom, or Utilities is a plus • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
