📋 Description

• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks • Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable components • Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs efficiently • Optimize performance, load times, and overall UX • Implement best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility • Collaborate with Product & Design to refine user flows and interactions • Maintain a clean component architecture and contribute to a shared design system • Write maintainable, well-documented code with strong testing methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in frontend development **(startup experience is a plus)** • Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and modern build tools • Excellent English communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced environments • Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL) • Understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar) • Strong grasp of frontend performance optimization • Ability to break down complex UI problems and solve them cleanly • A product-driven mindset, you care about user experience, not just code • **Nice to Have** • Experience with animations/motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP) • Experience building design systems or component libraries • Knowledge of modern authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, etc.) • Prior work in B2B SaaS or consumer-facing platforms • Familiarity with CI/CD and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
