📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts covering UI, API, integration, system, and regression testing • Perform smoke, functional, integration, compatibility, performance, regression, and exploratory testing, both manual and automated • Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites • Align testing with Agile delivery practices and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable • Identify, investigate, document, and track defects with reproduction steps, impact assessments, and supporting evidence • Collaborate with developers to analyse root causes, suggest resolutions, and validate fixes • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality audits, design reviews, and improvement projects • Promote quality best practices, standards, and a shift-left quality mindset • Install, configure, and manage test environments, configurations, and data • Use QA and development tools, including test management, defect tracking, and collaboration platforms • Investigate customer-reported issues with Technical Support and Engineering teams • Work with customers or internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve product quality or performance issues • Provide effort estimates, risk assessments, and delivery-planning input • Maintain clear, concise, and auditable test documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience) • ISEB / ISTQB Foundation certification (or equivalent) • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance within an Agile environment • Hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Ranorex, or equivalent modern tools • Experience testing web, mobile, and Windows desktop applications • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum delivery models • Experience using Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and collaboration • Experience using virtualised or cloud-based environments, such as Azure VMs, VMware, or Hyper-V • Ability to analyse requirements and design effective, risk-based test approaches • Strong understanding of software quality principles and user experience considerations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to work independently or as part of a global, distributed team • Experience working in onshore/offshore or distributed team models • Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments • Familiarity with performance, accessibility, and security testing concepts
