📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. • Build and maintain high-quality frontend and backend functionality. • Translate product requirements and designs into reliable, maintainable software. • Develop reusable components and services following modern development best practices. • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. • Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code. • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers. • Contribute to technical architecture and development decisions. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, and estimation. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers when needed. • Stay current with modern JavaScript frameworks, libraries, and development practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and modern JavaScript standards. • Strong experience with TypeScript. • Experience with at least one modern frontend framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. • Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3. • Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs. • Experience with Node.js and backend JavaScript development. • Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures. • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases. • Experience writing unit and integration tests. • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles. • Experience with Git and modern CI/CD development workflows. • Experience debugging and optimizing production applications. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Must be based in Latam. • Nice to Have: Experience with React and Node.js; Next.js or other modern fullstack frameworks; AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and containerized applications; microservices and distributed systems; GraphQL; Jest, Cypress, or Playwright; AI/LLM integrations or AI-assisted development tools; mentoring or leading developers.

🏖️ Benefits

• Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
