📋 Description

• Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers, understanding requirements and creatively configuring the product to solve customer problems • Lead end-to-end implementations for new enterprise customers and build customer processes from scratch • Lead training and Q&A sessions for customers and key stakeholders • Manage requirements and tasks across multiple customer onboardings • Delegate and oversee project activities for solutions and technical consultants • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer requests and set customer expectations • Successfully onboard customers as quickly as possible • Continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience working in Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing key customer and stakeholder relationships in a B2B SaaS company • Experience leading enterprise-wide (ideally global) P2P or ERP implementations • Fantastic communication skills • Extreme attention to detail and proactive work style • Experience working with product and engineering teams • Ability to push back while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships • Comfortable with software configuration; technical skills are a plus • Willingness to do whatever it takes to make Zip and its customers happy • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is located • Sponsorship may be available for work authorization
