📋 Description

• Design, build, maintain, and iterate on Zip’s core SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Ariba integration templates • Ensure integrations deliver scalable, repeatable, and robust customer implementations • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to align integration templates with product architecture, field insights, and customer needs • Analyze complex customer implementations and identify reusable data-mapping patterns and system nuances • Convert bespoke solutions into standardized internal assets • Support pre-sales engineering by designing and vetting integration architectures with account teams • Define, document, and champion technical solution-consulting best practices • Build expertise across additional ERP ecosystems, integration architecture, data models, and Zip’s App Studio • Design and execute scalable solutions, including API configurations and template modifications • Report to Engineering while collaborating with EPD teams and customer-facing technical consultants

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with SAP ERP environments (ECC, S/4HANA) or procurement platforms (Ariba) • Strong foundational knowledge of core SAP business processes and data models within Materials Management (MM) and Financials (FI) • Familiarity with standard SAP integration methods, such as IDocs, BAPI/RFC, OData APIs, or SAP BTP/CPI • Familiarity with iPaaS tools is preferred • Experience working with XML / REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols • Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration or administration experience is required • Ability to translate highly technical information for audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge • Comfortable working with API documentation • Comfortable testing and troubleshooting integration errors • Able to understand customer requirements and document that information quickly, with little oversight • Openness to learning new technologies • Strong communication skills • Extreme attention to detail and proactive approach • Experience working with product and engineering teams • Process-driven with a bias toward continuous improvement
