📋 Description

• Structure complex and ambiguous business problems, turning them into clear analyses and recommendations that deliver real impact; • Build analyses and dashboards that support business decisions across the areas involved at the time, such as credit risk, operations, finance, and others; • Identify operational bottlenecks, redesign processes, and propose automations that increase efficiency and reduce risk; • Serve as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, translating needs into clear requirements and maintaining alignment with internal stakeholders, including leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL/Excel (Python is a plus); • Business understanding, not just data knowledge; • Ability to move between different contexts and priorities without losing rigor; • Clear communication and mature stakeholder management, including engagement with leadership; • Owner mindset—proactive in proposing solutions; • Self-awareness and maturity to handle ambiguity and frequent context changes; • Proactivity in identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities before they become significant problems. • The following are a plus: • Previous experience as a BA, in consulting, or in business analytics roles; • Experience in fintech, credit, or the financial services sector; • Familiarity with process automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or similar).
