📋 Description

• Own Zippi's day-to-day financial operations (accounts payable, treasury, investments, reimbursements and management close) with excellence and zero errors, acting as the company's reference for payments, reimbursements and purchasing from day one. • Raise the bar on routine work: write your own SQL queries, deliver AI-supported automations and migrate manual spreadsheet controls to data-driven controls, freeing Controllership to focus on analysis and projects. • Execute accounts payable, reimbursements and purchases with operational excellence; • Be the company's focal point with banks, mastering treasury, investments and bank reconciliation; • Take ownership of the management close and other Controllership activities; • Write your own SQL queries for recurring controls within the scope, directly in Metabase/HEX, without depending on third-party extractions; • Identify and build automation and AI opportunities in your own routine, achieving measurable time savings; • Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, FinOps and FP&A, ensuring a good experience for all internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• SQL: you already use SQL in your daily work or in personal projects (joins, aggregations) to extract, cross-check and reconcile data, and know what to do when numbers don’t match; • AI as a work tool: you use AI daily with a clear purpose, decompose tasks instead of requesting ready-made answers, verify outputs and recognize where human review is mandatory; • Data handling: reconciling and matching data across different sources (bank statement, ERP, database), critical number review, advanced Excel/Google Sheets; • Knowledge of bank management, financial investments and cash flow; • High energy, responsibility, organization and strict adherence to daily deadlines. • Differentials: • Python for automation and analysis; • Experience with ERP (MXM) and banking APIs; • Automation and workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Pipefy, Power Automate); • Built something with AI beyond chat: an agent, an automation, a routine with MCP, or an AI-assisted script; • Previous experience with automation of financial processes; • Experience in fintech or a regulated company.
