📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at ZipRecruiter, you'll take ownership of key product areas, mentor other designers, and lead the design vision for major products and features. • You’ll drive innovation and set high standards for user experience while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to align design objectives with business strategies. • Taking full UX ownership of large-scale and complex product areas, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. • Define and execute the design strategy for large-scale projects, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. • Partner with stakeholders across the company to advocate for design best practices and user needs. • Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with engineering leadership to integrate design seamlessly into the development process. • Conduct and oversee user research to validate design decisions and optimize the user experience. • Utilizing your expertise in designing in Figma and FigJam, and driving the evolution of design systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma and FigJam. • Experience defining and implementing design strategy at an organizational level. • Exceptional ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively. • Proven track record of leading high-impact design projects and initiatives. • A comprehensive design portfolio showcasing your work– case studies preferred
