📋 Description

• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, document workflows • Build SOPs, Process maps, User stories, Acceptance criteria • Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders • Support change management and training initiatives • Analyze data/process gaps for effective solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years Salesforce BA or functional consultant experience • Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops, documenting workflows • Ability to build: SOPs, Process maps (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro), User stories, Acceptance criteria • Understanding of Salesforce objects: Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases • Experience coordinating with technical teams (developers, architects) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to support change management, training, and adoption • Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose data/process gaps • Preferred Skills: 5–7+ years BA experience, ideally in CRM or higher-ed • Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst, Admin (ADM-201), Advanced Admin (ADM-211) • Experience in education CRM environments (TargetX, Slate, EDA) • Experience defining KPIs and reporting requirements • Experience working with Marketing Cloud or MC Connect • Ability to build business cases and roadmap proposals • Experience with RFP-level documentation and client presentations • Requirements analysis • Process mapping (Visio/Lucidchart/Miro) • SOP development • Acceptance criteria creation • Salesforce object model understanding • Change management & training support • Data quality & workflow analysis
