📋 Description

• Taking full ownership of partner enablement, from reviewing API designs to advising on auth flows, rate limits, and error handling. • Authentically collaborating across Product, BD, and Sales to bring partner use cases to life and ensure successful go-lives. • Troubleshooting real-world integration issues (headers, payloads, logs) and driving them to resolution while documenting fixes for the next partner. • Building and maintaining high-quality technical assets, documentation, Postman collections, and OpenAPI specs, to accelerate time-to-first-value. • Supporting pre-sales discovery alongside BD and Sales for new use cases, and contributing to post-launch partner success. • Working with cutting-edge GenAI tools and technology to improve technical support, documentation generation, and workflow automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in API-centric roles such as software, solutions, or partner engineering. • A deep understanding of REST/JSON APIs, HTTP fundamentals, and OAuth 2.0 authentication. • Proficiency troubleshooting with tools like cURL, Postman, and modern log/trace platforms. • Passion for bridging the gap between business and technology, and for enabling developers to succeed. • A compassionate yet consultative approach, confident in your expertise but humble in delivery. • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, SMART on FHIR, HL7) and major EHR systems like Epic or Cerner (a plus, not a requirement). • The mentality of an entrepreneur and a strong bias for action; you get things done and iterate fast. • Superb communication skills. You believe in proactive, multi-channel communication to keep partners and stakeholders in sync. • Humility. You treat everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure.
