📋 Description

• Deliver post-sale product installation support and validation • Lead applications and operations training to accelerate adoption and reduce time-to-value • Execute customer onboardings across point-of-care diagnostics, Zoetis DX/Virtual Lab, and reference lab offerings • Support structured onboarding journeys, including a 100-day cadence where applicable • Identify, document, and address workflow pain points • Design and implement workflow improvements to enhance customer experience and increase utilization • Respond to onsite technical support requests and coordinate escalations for complex system issues • Use territory and time-management tools such as FASTDx to optimize account coverage • Drive utilization of consumables and diagnostic services through consultative training and value-based recommendations • Generate and route qualified leads for point-of-care analyzers and reference lab opportunities • Tailor messaging to customer needs and business objectives • Collaborate with field partners on customer retention, corporate initiatives, and quarterly projects • Work with the Area Business Manager and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant to provide customer service • Identify and report opportunities for additional analyzers and new customer opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe • Basic knowledge of animal disease states preferred • Knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic processes • Analytical mindset and demonstrable critical thinking skills • Availability and willingness to travel up to 90% of the work week within the territory • Deep understanding of the Puerto Rico animal health market • Regular travel to multiple locations within Puerto Rico; out-of-state travel for initial training and sales/training meetings • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday • Ability to safely lift and move 60 lbs. • Fluent in English and Spanish • Rapid learning ability and early adopter behaviors • Veterinary terminology/science expertise • Presentation skills and ability to transport, set up, and demonstrate equipment • Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills • Ability to multitask and work independently • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience • Degree from a Veterinary Technology Program preferred • Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred • At least one year of experience working in a clinical setting • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance • Authorization to work in the US for Zoetis
