📋 Description

• You'll collaborate with a diverse and talented interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and support Google Workspace rollouts all over the world • Your focus will be on ensuring the long-term success of these projects by optimizing workflows and automating processes. • You provide Level 3 support to our helpdesk, troubleshoot complicated issues, and develop innovative solutions to streamline Level 2 support workflows

🎯 Requirements

• We welcome candidates of all levels of experience who are passionate about Google Workspace, including those who are just starting their career • You're familiar with the Google Workspace Ecosystem from both a user and admin perspective • Your knowledge of mail routing and experience with Active Directory or Exchange means you're well-equipped to handle any challenges that come your way • Your experience with writing scripts and with public cloud environments like AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus, but not mandatory • The role requires occasional travel • You can communicate effectively in both oral and written forms, with English being a must-have and German being a nice-to-have
