⚕️ Healthcare Insurance
• Act as the primary technical resource for medical hardware and software solutions throughout the sales process. • Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer clinical workflows, pain points, infrastructure, and regulatory constraints. • Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical-workflow-focused use cases to healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams. • Support RFP/RFI responses with technical specifications, compliance information, architecture diagrams, and implementation requirements. • Responsible for the completion of security questionnaires for both cloud based and on-premise based software offerings. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and implementation teams to position the company’s solutions effectively in the market. • Assist in developing system proposals/configurations. • Work with territory managers and business partners to qualify opportunities and create technical win strategies. • Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer events to showcase technology and generate leads. • Provide high-level integration planning for interoperability with EMRs/EHRs, PACS, LIS, HIS, APIs, IoT devices, or other clinical systems. • Communicate implementation requirements, including network specifications, cybersecurity standards, and compliance considerations (HIPAA, FDA,MDR, IEC/ISO, etc.). • Maintain expert knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, industry standards • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product management for improvements and new features. • When required, conduct internal training for sales staff on product updates and technical concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, biomedical engineering, computer science, or related technical field. • 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering (preferably in medical devices, healthcare IT, or clinical software). • Strong understanding of clinical environments, hospital IT infrastructure, and medical device/software interoperability. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions. • Experience with FDA, MDR and other regulated devices or software as a medical device (SaMD) is preferred. • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, DICOM, cybersecurity standards, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
• Travel will be approx 50% across the MEA region
