📋 Description
• Provide technical leadership for a small development team • Further development of the backend architecture using Kotlin and PostgreSQL • Support and enhancement of complex modules • Contribute to architectural decision-making • Support design concepts, code reviews, and development questions • Implement containerization solutions with Docker • Build and operate modern monitoring using the Grafana stack • Work closely with colleagues in Frontend, DevOps, and Product Management
🎯 Requirements
• Completed degree in a scientific discipline (PhD welcome) • Several years of experience in backend development, ideally with Kotlin (or Java) and PostgreSQL • Deep knowledge of containerization and CI/CD processes • Experience providing technical guidance to a small team • Excellent German skills (minimum C1) • Good English skills
