📋 Description

• Investigate and research new home developments using Zonda’s proprietary research methodologies and tools • Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, even when information is limited or incomplete • Keep project and community data accurate and up to date through online research, builder website reviews, public records, and satellite imagery analysis • Identify trends, inconsistencies, and missing information with a sharp analytical eye • Meet quarterly research deadlines with a strong focus on data integrity, consistency, and completion rates • Share weekly insights and analytics related to data collection progress with leadership and the Research team • Collaborate with a dynamic team while also owning your region and working independently with confidence

🎯 Requirements

• Naturally curious with a knack for research, investigation, and problem-solving • Highly detail-oriented and quick to spot inconsistencies or missing information • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a collaborative team • Strong communicator with confidence gathering information through outreach and online research • Proficient in Excel, including formulas and data organization • Someone who enjoys turning raw information into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions
