📋 Description

• Monitor and investigate file exception cases to identify any missing interface files. • Manage Interface Reports • Interact with individuals within and outside of the organization related to file exceptions. • Respond with appropriate urgency when process variations are discovered • Act as an ambassador for Zotec’s Mission, initiatives, and goals • Complete all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in an office environment, preferably a medical billing environment • Familiarity with medical billing processes • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and email • Able to communicate effectively through emails and correspondence • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and priority management skills • Ability to work independently and on projects with team members • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills • Must be able to multi-task, be flexible and embrace change
