📋 Description

• Build the foundations that power AI Agents at scale, designing systems for reliability, performance, and change. • Use modern AI tools in your daily work, leveraging AI to explore designs, scaffold code, generate tests, and document decisions. • Hold the line on solid engineering - clear contracts, readable code, strong test suites, observability, and maintainable architectures. • Actively push the frontier of software engineering with new AI tooling. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent coding skills in Scala and a passion for learning • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Excellent system design skills that allow you to choose technologies and architectures wisely • Experience with distributed systems • Product acumen, ownership, and focus on value delivered for the customers • Working proficiency in English and Polish (both spoken and written) • Experience with Docker Swarm / Kubernetes • Experience with NoSQL databases and GraphQL • Experience with Kafka or other message brokers • Experience with Akka framework • Experience with functional programming libraries like Cats, Fs2, ZIO, Http4s, etc.
