📋 Description

• Build engaging, reusable training content including courses, learning modules, and onboarding materials tailored specifically for technical roles like Sales Engineers (SE) and Technical Architects (TA). • Lead high-impact virtual and in-person Bootcamps, interactive workshops, and targeted coaching sessions for technical audiences globally. • Optimise the onboarding experience for the Solutions Consulting organisation to significantly accelerate field ramp time. • Partner seamlessly with Solutions Consulting (SC) Leadership, Product Management (PM), Product Marketing (PMM), and Learning Experience Delivery (LED) teams to continuously align our curriculum with evolving business priorities. • Successfully drive several concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working within Technical Enablement, Pre-Sales, or Post-Sales environments. • Strong technical background in cloud security, networking, or enterprise security technologies. • Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver technical training for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with verified comfort facilitating sessions both virtually and in-person. • A strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying skill gaps and building actionable, measurable improvement plans.
