đ Description
⢠Translate business problems into solutions using Zuora configuration, APIs, data exports/loads and advanced configuration ⢠Manage multiple complex tasks and priorities while engaging professionally with team members and clients ⢠Serve as primary/sole technical consultant for small projects and less complex mid-size projects; grow to lead more complex work ⢠Run technical training and lead technical deep dives with clients ⢠Configure Zuora to fulfill customer use cases ⢠Identify areas of complexity and propose technical solutions ⢠Collaborate on concurrent projects including coding, design, coordinating releases, and documenting projects ⢠Provide expertise on Zuora API, integration best practices, data export/load and guidance for data migrations ⢠Develop and test maintainable programs and review partner/client work to provide guidance and anticipate issues ⢠Work with Solution Architects and team members to apply SDLC phases and meet completion dates
đŻ Requirements
⢠Previous consulting experience implementing software solutions. ⢠Good communication skills (verbal and written) ⢠Willingness to learn and work on multiple projects in a dynamic environment. ⢠Ability to work well with a team of highly talented software professionals in a rapid development environment ⢠Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. ⢠Ability to accurately scope, plan and estimate the level of effort for tasks ⢠Demonstrated strength with complex problem decomposition ⢠Experience in an Agile development environment preferred ⢠Working knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies ⢠Have a good understanding of software development concepts and experience with Web technologies like REST APIs, HTML, HTTP cookies, Javascript, MySQL, Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Cloudfront) ⢠Salesforce and APEX development experience is a plus ⢠Experience with ERP solutions or integrating with ERP systems such as NetSuite/Oracle or SAP is a plus.
