📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain high-complexity, resilient, ultra-low-latency backend architectures using the Java ecosystem. • Design, implement and maintain complex CI/CD pipelines, integrating multiple services and environments in distributed architectures (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker). • Ensure the application of best practices for security, authentication (OAuth2), monitoring and observability (Grafana). • Make technical decisions based on trade-off analysis of algorithms, data structures and performance in high-load systems. • Drive the adoption of generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code) to boost team productivity and improve delivery quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in Java (modern versions) and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security). • Strong experience with microservices architecture, integration patterns and messaging systems (e.g., Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ). • Advanced modeling and optimization of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (e.g., Redis, MongoDB). • Hands-on experience with automated testing (unit, integration and load tests) focused on quality assurance and high coverage. • Practical knowledge of containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud environments (AWS). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and observability practices (Grafana, Prometheus).
