📋 Description

• Develop, scale, and optimize advanced Deep Learning models for large-scale personalization solutions • Design and optimize data pipelines (SOR/SOT) using AWS Glue, EMR, and S3 • Lead experimentation strategies, including the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and uplift modeling • Transform data and digital behavior into actionable intelligence to support strategic business decisions • Serve as a technical reference and mentor for the team, promoting best practices in modeling, experimentation, and data engineering • Implement or optimize digital tracking and measurement solutions, such as Snowplow and Google Analytics • Ensure the quality, monitoring, and sustainability of production models using CI/CD and Terraform

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML libraries • Strong experience with Spark for distributed processing of large-scale data • Advanced SQL skills for manipulating, extracting, and analyzing large volumes of data • Hands-on experience with AWS services for Data Science, including Glue, EMR, and S3 • Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD practices for deployment automation • Solid knowledge of recommender systems, generative models, and causal inference/experimentation frameworks • Hands-on MLOps experience for full lifecycle automation and model governance • Understanding of FinOps principles for cost and performance optimization in cloud/multi-cloud architectures • Advanced experience with monitoring and observability tools for models in production • Experience working on projects focused on data privacy and security, including LGPD/GDPR • Ability to present complex technical results to non-technical audiences and business stakeholders • Published technical articles or delivered talks on Deep Learning/Data Science
