📋 Description

• Develop, scale, and optimize advanced deep learning models for large-scale personalization solutions; • Design and optimize data pipelines (SOR/SOT) using advanced AWS services (such as Glue, EMR, and S3); • Lead experimentation strategies, including planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and uplift modeling; • Turn data and digital behavior into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions; • Act as a technical reference and mentor for the team, promoting best practices in modeling, experimentation, and data engineering; • Implement or optimize digital tracking and measurement solutions (Snowplow, Google Analytics, or similar); • Ensure model quality, monitoring, and sustainability in production environments (CI/CD and Terraform).

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python (including frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML libraries); • Strong experience with Spark for distributed, large-scale data processing; • Advanced SQL for manipulating, extracting, and analyzing large volumes of data; • Hands-on experience with AWS data science-related services (Glue, EMR, S3); • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD practices for deployment automation; • Solid knowledge of recommendation systems, generative models, and causal inference/experimentation frameworks; • Practical experience with MLOps for end-to-end model lifecycle automation and governance; • FinOps principles for cost and performance optimization in cloud/multi-cloud architectures; • Advanced experience with monitoring and observability tools for models in production; • Experience in projects focused on data privacy and security (LGPD/GDPR); • Ability to present complex technical results to non-technical audiences and business stakeholders; • Publications or talks on Deep Learning/Data Science.
