• Optimize workforce routing and scheduling • Data and rules gathering, geographic clustering, predictive models for demand/duration • Implementation of an ALNS solver with custom operators (Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search) • Validation against 4 baselines using backtesting
🎯 Requirements
• PhD or Master's degree • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics • Mathematical modeling techniques using Operations Research • Experience using solvers (CPLEX, Gurobi, CBC, HiGHS) • Programming in Python / Data Science
