📋 Description
• At the Cologne location, you will further develop the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and operate it in a state-of-the-art multi-cloud environment (Azure and AWS) • Operation and optimization of the platform are part of your daily work, as is applying Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform • You independently drive automation, integration of new features, performance optimization and continuous improvement of the container ecosystem • You contribute your expertise in close collaboration with Cloud Engineers, Cloud Architects, SREs and the Zurich Dev and Ops teams • You actively participate in developing standards and best practices within the Platform Services & Enablement (PS&E) team, helping to shape a future-ready cloud • Providing competent support to development and operations teams in the use of container technologies is part of your role
🎯 Requirements
• Team player with strong communication skills; you value open and agile collaboration • Independent and solution-oriented working style; you take responsibility and find pragmatic solutions • Experience with container solutions, preferably Red Hat OpenShift • Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS, ideally in multi-cloud operation • Excellent knowledge of Terraform and experience automating and managing cloud infrastructure as code • Knowledge of DevOps and SRE methods, with a basic understanding of and enthusiasm for applying modern working practices • Experience with service meshes and GitOps tools such as Argo CD is a plus
