• Evaluate the quality of moderately complex risks, following defined standards and competency levels. • Identify, assess and propose effective risk management solutions aimed at reducing losses. • Conduct loss investigations, perform trend and root cause analyses, and implement risk improvement plans. • Operate in compliance with technical standards, internal procedures and regulatory requirements. • Anticipate and respond to client needs by providing training and specialized advice. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners, preparing service plans aligned with business needs. • Manage and resolve technical issues and projects within the unit.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Intermediate English. • Basic knowledge of insurance. • Preferred: NFPA 13 / NFPA 20 / NBR 33 / NBR 35 / NBR 10. • Availability to travel. • Valid Category B driver’s license.
