📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software developers • Partner with product managers, engineers, AI/ML experts, healthcare providers and the teams which support them to identify and develop platform use cases, and the associated features and fixes needed to support them • Take ownership for making sure our business critical services remain safely operational for our customers • Partner with product management in Agile sprint management rituals • Work hands on as time allows with Zus codebases

🎯 Requirements

• Have had some supervisory experience leading software engineers and are excited for more • Are experienced in building and running large-scale systems in the cloud • Are experienced in building services and APIs used by third-party developers • Have experience with operationally stable and cost efficient data stores • Enjoy owning complete microservices from the infrastructure up • Have deep experience building backend software in any language (we use mostly Go)
