Beschreibung

• Define a compelling product vision and clear strategy • Build agile roadmaps for delivery with cross-functional teams and partners • Provide product management direction and vision for contract project teams • Expand and deepen A1M's product practice • Mentor and train internal A1M co-workers in product management • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments • Lead solutions and coach teams using user-centered and agile methodologies • Convene cross-functional teams to develop products and solutions • Co-create product vision with product teams and client stakeholders • Distinguish client requirements from requests to support effective product or program strategy • Deliver value within target timelines while balancing competing priorities • Break strategy and vision into actionable deliverables • Plan for compliance processes • Build cooperative relationships and coalitions • Navigate and resolve conflicting organizational priorities • Communicate contract status, results, and needs to company leadership • Participate actively in client virtual meetings, including being on camera

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, design, computer science, cognitive science, human-computer interaction (HCI), human factors, or a related field • 8+ years of full-time related professional experience • Prior experience working in local, state, or federal government • Familiarity with federal delivery concerns including ATO, FedRAMP, and PIAs • Critical thinking about the product development process • Experience delivering projects from strategy through execution • Experience creating product roadmaps, OKRs, and user stories • Experience presenting and gathering buy-in on product judgment • Experience coordinating work in distributed, agile teams • Ability to write and present high-level editing and writing with limited supervision • Familiarity with modern web-based application development processes and tools • Ability to work from the United States • Residency in the United States for 3 of the past 5 years • Cannot reside in New York state • Existing legal authorization to work in the US without ongoing visa sponsorship • Permanent US residency • Ability to complete a Public Trust background investigation, including SF85 or SF85P and fingerprinting • Flexibility to work hours aligned with partners primarily on Eastern Standard Time • Active participation in client virtual meetings, including being on camera • Technical and policy expertise are not required; policy or healthcare background is beneficial but not necessary • Nice-to-have qualifications include social impact or civic tech experience, government consulting experience, experience with government health and human services programs, knowledge of Medicare, ACA, MACRA, Medicaid, or CHIP, agile coaching experience, and familiarity with SAFe
