Beschreibung

• Work with current and potential partners on customer research, business development, feedback collection, and product planning. • Define product release slices for the clinician experience and optimize time to value. • Measure and analyze product success and failure metrics and align them with business goals. • Align the product team around strategy and prioritize work to maximize user outcomes, customer satisfaction, and business growth. • Create roadmaps, product briefs, and other artifacts to unify the organization. • Support the product build and launch process. • Manage milestones and deliverables. • Define and measure success metrics and customer feedback loops. • Develop solutions with customers and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with marketing and operations to bring products to market. • Coordinate product decisions across the organization, customers, and partners.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of product management experience. • At least 4 years working on clinician-facing experiences. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders. • Analytical ability to use data to clarify decisions and drive business impact. • Ability to prioritize strategically in a complex healthcare landscape. • User-focused, empathetic, curious approach to product development. • Past success driving software products forward. • Comfortable taking calculated risks and making decisions under uncertainty. • Located within the United States. • Willing to travel to customer sites and/or conferences 1–2 trips per quarter. • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment. • Employer visa sponsorship is not available. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience (nice to have). • Healthcare background and knowledge of healthcare complexity (nice to have). • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (nice to have).
