Beschreibung

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, primarily for high-volume professional positions • Process job requisitions and post positions on various job boards • Perform data entry in ADP applicant tracking, including posting positions, processing hires, and onboarding activities • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine the best recruiting process • Research roles to understand hiring needs • Screen, schedule, and interview applicants • Identify efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies • Continually improve the recruiting process • Extend verbal and written job offers • Maintain the employee referral program • Coordinate administrative processes and communication related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding • Coordinate background checks and new-hire drug testing • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees • Track recruitment activities and candidate sources for business reporting • Generate time-to-fill reports and other recruiting analytics

🎯 Anforderungen

• Two years of recruiting experience • One year of administrative work experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interviewing skills/techniques • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and HRIS or other recruitment systems • Professional certification such as PHR preferred • ADP Workforce Recruitment and/or LinkedIn solutions (or similar applications) preferred • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Ability to perform the listed physical demands, with reasonable accommodations available • Employment remains at will as with all employees of Ancora Education
