Beschreibung

• Oversee and manage the multi-specialty imaging solution, focusing on fluorescence and additional visualization modalities sales opportunities, performance, training, and related activities • Build relationships with key customers and internal departments to drive new product innovation and manage product lines • Forge new relationships with bioscience partners focused on advanced visualization • Ensure all IR Managers are trained to a high standard on anatomy, procedures, and fluorescence science • Manage clinical studies and research papers related to fluorescence imaging • Assist IR Managers, Capital Managers, and representatives with evaluations and closing activities with key customers • Train representatives on advanced visualization and fluorescence solutions and sales cycles • Assist Imaging and Resection Sales Management with implementing the sales playbook and executing strategy • Lead interactions with General, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Thoracic surgeons to expand Synergy solutions brand awareness • Assist orthopedic surgeons with fluorescence imaging discovery • Manage the entire sales pipeline to monitor business health and maximize closure rate and success • Communicate sales opportunities to the Director – Global Endoscopy, Imaging and Resection Sales Management, and Product Management • Communicate product attributes and shortcomings to product managers and recommend product line enhancements • Collect competitive information and ensure it informs sales effectiveness and product development direction • Coach, teach, and direct opportunities through conference calls and in-person visits on products, sales strategy, and competitive information • Engage current and identify new Key Opinion Leaders for local, regional, and national peer-to-peer interactions • Lead the submission of RFP and tender responses with regional and agency sales managers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred • Five years of medical device sales or product management experience required, preferably in laparoscopic surgery • Experience in the field with endoscopy insufflation and fluorescence in sales/marketing required • Experience at C-Suite level negotiations required • Willingness to travel up to 60% to sales presentations, trials, evaluations, demos, tradeshows, and customer meetings • Knowledge of advanced surgical video and integration • Ability to work with different functions and effectively coordinate their activities to achieve desired results • Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customer concerns or objections • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong relationship-building skills desired
