Beschreibung

• Lead the firm’s HR Technology function and manage a team of HRIS Analysts • Oversee HR systems, analytics, and technology projects • Serve as a strategic partner to Human Resources and business leaders • Plan and execute HR technology initiatives, system enhancements, integrations, reporting, people analytics, project governance, testing, release management, and change management • Use data and reporting to support business decisions • Develop solutions to meet stakeholder needs • Drive technology adoption through collaboration, training, and continuous process improvement • Manage HR systems team and third-party consultant projects, timelines, and resources • Own end-to-end delivery of HR technology initiatives and enhancements • Develop, monitor, and lead HR technology project plans • Establish project cadence, schedule recurring meetings, track progress, and address roadblocks • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, communicate status, and ensure business needs are met • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT leadership to align technology with business strategy • Lead and mentor HRIS Analysts; prioritize work streams, projects, and deliverables • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and data integrity • Oversee configuration, design, and deployment of HR systems • Ensure system performance and scalability • Serve as subject matter expert for HR systems • Facilitate working sessions for solution design and decision-making

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in information services, Human Resource Administration (with an IS minor), or equivalent experience • At least three years of people management experience • Advanced Workday configuration skills • Advanced Workday security skills • Advanced Workday reporting skills • Advanced Workday tenant management skills • Strong Excel proficiency • HRIS/Information Systems expertise • Leadership experience • Strong business analysis, problem-solving, project management, and critical thinking abilities • Proven track record of improving processes and automating departmental functions • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users • Regular attendance • Flexibility to work additional hours when needed • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Self-motivated, continuous-learning and problem-solving mindset • Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently
