Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and edit medical communications materials including slide decks, video scripts, leave-behind pieces, website copy, manuscripts and congress publications, gap analyses, meeting summaries, and reports • Deliver scientifically and technically accurate, fully referenced materials that meet client objectives and specifications • Interpret briefs and ask informed questions to work independently • Present content updates to clients and collaborate with healthcare professionals and subject matter experts to develop or approve materials • Complete written materials within specified project timelines and budgets • Use client review and approval systems such as Veeva and DataVision, ensuring compliance with industry codes such as ABPI • Perform accurate data checking in line with company processes • Provide basic reviews and constructive feedback on medical communication deliverables • Attend on-site meetings and run deliverables such as advisory boards without senior scientific supervision • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant therapy areas and products • Research medical and scientific topics using appropriate sources with minimal guidance • Attend and contribute to client, project kick-off, status, HCP, and ad hoc meetings • Update senior team members, identify interdependencies and pressure points, and escalate red flags • Follow SOPs, prioritize work across accounts, meet deadlines, and communicate potential delays • Manage allocated hours, maintain approximately 85% average billability, and complete timesheets accurately and promptly

🎯 Anforderungen

• Higher degree in a relevant subject (PhD, MD, PharmD, etc.) • 2–3 years of medical writing experience in medical communications • Proactive approach and enthusiasm for trying new things • Excellent written and verbal communication with a passion for creativity • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure • Experience working with clients and healthcare professionals • Ability to provide basic reviews of deliverables for scientific accuracy and integrity
