Beschreibung

• Partner with hiring managers to understand contractor staffing needs, define role requirements, and translate those needs into actionable sourcing strategies and vendor guidance • Serve as the primary point of contact for outside staffing vendors and third-party recruiting firms • Review and assess candidate submissions against position, contract, customer, and compliance requirements • Coordinate technical evaluations, interviews, and candidate assessment activities • Consolidate interview feedback, prepare candidate summaries and recommendations, and communicate outcomes • Support incumbent capture efforts by maintaining relationships with current contract employees, identifying re-compete risks, tracking incumbent headcount, and facilitating workforce transitions • Coordinate security clearance investigations, CAC processing, and badging logistics • Facilitate onboarding of contracted partners and 1099 staff, including documentation, subcontract agreements, compliance steps, and system access • Maintain ATS records and generate reports on requisition status, time-to-fill, vendor performance, and pipeline activity • Track and report recruiting metrics and compliance data • Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements, affirmative action obligations, federal contractor regulations, and company policies • Participate in recruiting initiatives, process improvement efforts, and cross-functional projects • Protect sensitive information in accordance with company policies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with at least 1 year in a federal government contracting environment • Experience supporting or coordinating onboarding activities for contractors, subcontractors, or 1099 staff in a government contracting context • Exposure to incumbent capture processes, including workforce tracking during contract re-competes and transitions • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience maintaining ATS records, generating recruiting reports, and tracking pipeline metrics • Knowledge of OFCCP compliance, affirmative action reporting, and federal contractor hiring regulations • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills; able to serve as a reliable partner to hiring managers and external vendors
