Beschreibung

• Develop tooling to support on-prem customers upgrading to the Delinea Platform • Own key roadmap areas for Secret Server and other privileged access management capabilities • Engage customers and partners to understand privileged access and credential management challenges • Translate customer and partner needs into product requirements and use cases • Collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver secure, intuitive PAM workflows covering credential vaulting, session management, access approvals, auditing, and reporting • Maintain and prioritize the backlog across PAM features, security enhancements, and strategic investments • Contribute to product strategy and align roadmaps across related product areas • Serve as a product evangelist, supporting sales, marketing, and customer success with messaging, demos, and roadmap updates • Partner with product marketing on value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market plans for new releases • Report directly to the Senior Director, Product Management • Travel up to 25%

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar is preferred • At least 5 years of experience using Agile methodologies in a Product Management/Product Owner role • Experience working with customers of all sizes • Experience and understanding of on-premises and cloud IT systems • Experience and understanding of cybersecurity concepts • Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts • Experience building SaaS software • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills • Curious attitude and desire to collaborate with engineers, designers, and other Product Managers • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications are a plus • Start-up founder experience is a plus • Experience delivering SaaS solutions is a plus • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check, education verification, and employment verification upon conditional offer
