Beschreibung

• Provide premium technical support to Italian-speaking users • Deliver assistance via telephone, email, and live text chat in Italian • Help users troubleshoot sophisticated hardware functionalities and operating systems • Represent the international technology brand while maintaining professional standards and attention to detail • Maintain current product knowledge on software updates and device rollouts • Accurately document every customer interaction in the company CRM system • Support efficient case management • Collaborate with internal teams during corporate training and support operations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Fluent Italian, C1/C2 level • Intermediate English, minimum B2 level • Currently residing in Greece or fully prepared to relocate before the official start date • EU passport or valid legal permit to work in Greece • Comfort using modern digital tools • Genuine enthusiasm for consumer technology • Outstanding active listening skills • Proactive, solution-oriented attitude • Previous technical support experience is a bonus but not mandatory
