Beschreibung

• Implement a sales plan to achieve established sales and financial goals • Call on prospective and current company customers • Involve technical personnel to resolve customer issues and problems as needed • Participate in establishing sales targets and designing the territory sales plan • Control sales expenses • Sell flow cytometry hardware to assigned quotas • Sell consumables to assigned quotas • Manage assigned territory accounts • Search for new and competitive business • Work with accounts to develop programs that expand and increase company influence and presence • Cover San Francisco and Nevada remotely • Travel within the territory and stay overnight as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must live in the greater San Francisco area • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field with 5+ years’ experience, or Master’s degree in a scientific field with 1+ years’ experience • Solid understanding of tactical sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers • Practical experience and/or knowledge of flow cytometry equipment • Strong communication and presentation skills • Excellent time and territory management habits • Ability to travel 70% within the territory and take overnight trips • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lb • Experience with CRM, preferably SFDC, and Microsoft Office programs is a plus
