Beschreibung

• Set the multi-state licensing roadmap and priorities against Daymark’s launch timeline for MD, DO, NP, and RN pathways • Accelerate provider licensing through interstate compacts (IMLC, NLC, APRN Compact) and FCVS • Run licensing applications and renewals through completion • Maintain accurate licensing and credentialing trackers and report provider status to leadership • Build payer credentialing plans aligned with state priorities, licensing, and go-live dates • Establish and maintain CAQH profiles and attestations • Submit and manage commercial payer applications • Own Medicare enrollment via PECOS, including 855I/855B/855R filings, reassignments, revalidations, and updates • Manage MAC relationships and resolve enrollment issues • Lead licensing and credentialing onboarding for new clinicians • Advise on scope of practice, practice authority, supervision, collaborative practice agreements, and prescriptive authority • Track CME, continuing education, and clinical certifications such as CPR/BLS • Hire and lead a specialist team as the function grows • Build scalable workflows, QA checks, reporting rhythms, and cross-functional processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Direct, hands-on experience owning provider licensing and payer credentialing end to end, including interstate compacts (IMLC, NLC, APRN Compact) and expedited pathways • Experience with Medicare enrollment via PECOS (855I, 855B, 855R), CAQH, and credentialing platforms • Familiarity with scope of practice, collaborative practice agreements, and prescriptive/controlled substance authority in a multi-state context • Experience at a startup or high-growth healthcare company is a plus • Strategic and highly execution-oriented approach • Strong organizational skills for high-volume, detail-heavy workflows • Ability to partner across clinical, operational, finance, and legal teams • High standards for compliance and operational integrity
