Beschreibung

• Lead and manage customer analysis deep dives • Execute strategies outlined by senior leadership • Manage day-to-day communication with clients • Support cross-functional projects involving Customer Marketing Data, Technology Strategy, Identity, and Analytics • Provide data analysis and key insights to inform planning and initiative prioritization • Assist with developing roadmaps and use cases • Deliver insights for strategic and long-term planning using value-based measurement • Incorporate CX technology feasibility into planning and prioritization • Identify technology challenges and cross-solutioning opportunities across workstreams • Support training of junior team members on data-, analytics-, and technology-driven solutions • Collaborate with cross-agency SMEs to develop client- and customer-centric solutions • Create executive-level presentations and analyses of analytic, data, and identity solutions • Contribute to multi-phased measurement, technology, analytic, and data roadmaps • Translate data and results into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences • Partner with client teams to develop activation use cases across brand and market segments • Support measurement planning for activation efforts • Collaborate with Merkle and client teams to drive integrated use of data, analytics, and technology

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business consulting, data strategy, and/or strategic planning functions • 2–3 years of experience working across multiple business or strategic disciplines • Mix of agency and corporate experience preferred • Experience contributing to work products from technical and strategic teams • Familiarity with CX technologies, including cloud data warehouses, CDPs, cross-channel messaging platforms, and content management • Exposure to translating ML/AI models and analytic projects into business action • Corporate retail experience is a plus • Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders • Attentive listening and collaborative working style • Proficiency in PowerPoint • Experience building roadmaps and program plans • Ability to leverage data and insights for storytelling and solution development • Ability to translate ambiguous requests into tangible, tactical solutions • Ability to explain complex analytic, technical, and data solutions in simplified language • Ability to manage client and agency workflows • Solid business acumen • Working knowledge of a broad spectrum of analytic tools, solutions, and technologies and their application to business outcomes
