Beschreibung

• Own a product or functionality from conception through delivery across the full SDLC and AI-DLC, from discovery to release • Develop initiatives, epics, and user stories, documenting detailed requirements and acceptance criteria • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira • Hold regular grooming sessions with development to maintain at least three sprints of ready backlog • Collaborate with other teams to align dependent workstreams and ensure on-time execution • Analyze the impact of initiatives on client satisfaction and business outcomes • Communicate project status, risks, and resource requirements to stakeholders • Maintain documentation of requirements, acceptance criteria, project plans, and progress reports • Work independently to drive initiatives forward • Validate developed functionality before presenting it to the broader organization

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of professional experience in product management • Experience owning a product or service from conception through delivery • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC & AI-DLC) • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Strong understanding of capital markets and OTC derivatives, including interest rate, FX, and commodity derivatives • Experience with Jira and active product backlog management and prioritization • Ability to work autonomously • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Ability to articulate priorities and user impact to stakeholders • Ability to multitask across concurrent projects • Skill in documenting detailed requirements and acceptance criteria • Proficiency in rapid prototyping • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work remotely in the USA
