Beschreibung

• Support the scaling of the Tech & Product, G&A, Operations, Revenue, or International organization • Evolve the organization (structure, roles, levels, responsibilities, and objectives) in line with growth • Advise and support managers, from setting and tracking objectives to addressing underperformance, conflicts, team tensions, and separations • Implement relevant performance cycles and talent reviews • Develop and evolve competency frameworks and career paths • Work with managers on competency assessments and ongoing development tracking • Monitor and analyze key metrics, including payroll, turnover, and engagement • Ensure processes are applied consistently and make decisions on exceptions • Establish and continuously improve the foundations of the People function in the field • Co-lead the scope with managers and the Talent Acquisition team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Understand how a SaaS company creates value (ARR, MRR, margin) and connect People topics to business priorities • Be, or have been, a People Partner, HRBP, People Manager, or Head of People, ideally in a scale-up • Have worked in demanding environments, including rapid growth, acquisitions, reorganizations, or challenging periods • Be action-oriented and able to test, adapt, and move forward • Know how to challenge a manager or executive, say no when necessary, and do so tactfully • Take ownership of your responsibilities and value collective success • Be autonomous and comfortable with ambiguity • Clearly communicate what you need to move forward • Be comfortable with numbers and able to identify the metrics that truly matter
