Beschreibung

• Lead a product squad and own shared platform foundations • Scope work, set timelines, and keep engineers unblocked while writing production code • Ship features end to end from database schema and GraphQL resolvers through React components and mobile screens • Build and maintain authentication, permissions, notifications, and billing logic • Complete and refine the React Native app • Build reliable scheduling, payments, and integration background workflows • Set direction, unblock teammates, and raise the technical bar without direct people management • Work directly with product, design, and marketing to shape problems and solutions • Participate in technical conversations involving refactoring real code and system design

🎯 Anforderungen

• Eight or more years building production software, or six years if the track record is unusually strong • Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals • Comfort working across the stack, including schema, resolver, component, and screen • React Native or Expo experience, or the appetite and aptitude to learn quickly • Experience leading a small team or significant initiative; management experience not required • Fluent with AI coding agents • Pragmatic approach to shipping, iteration, and architecture • Comfortable with ambiguity and independently scoping work • Willingness to handle all types of work, including billing logic, flaky tests, and customer bugs • US-based and authorized to work without new sponsorship; transfers are possible • Core hours overlapping Central Time • Experience in the creator economy, social platforms, or content tooling is a strong plus, not a requirement
