Beschreibung

• Partner with internal and external hiring managers to support sourcing and selection of talent for the Deployment Solutions business unit • Actively source passive high-performing talent and build talent pipelines for medical and sales pharmaceutical and life science professionals, including MSL, nursing, and clinical educator roles • Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and expectations • Assess candidates against appropriate criteria before launching searches • Manage recruiting processes including sourcing, selection, offer negotiations, and pre-hire onboarding with HR Operations • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Conduct phone and face-to-face/virtual interviews • Assess candidates’ cultural fit and performance ability • Provide follow-up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process • Improve attraction, screening, and selection processes • Use new strategies and technologies while maintaining fiscal responsibility • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, HR stakeholders, and hiring managers to lead a positive end-to-end candidate experience • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred • Minimum of two years demonstrated experience with high volume staffing/recruiting medical and sales Pharmaceutical professionals is required • Experience with strategic sourcing, creating talent pipelines and high volume recruiting • Experience using Smart Recruiter or other applicable Applicant Tracking Systems • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a passive sourcing tool • Excellent follow through, sense of urgency, ability to work on your own and be self-sufficient • Strong written/verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external individuals, customers, and clients • Adaptable and flexible to change with strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build relationships with hiring managers and clients • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite • Applicant Tracking Systems knowledge • Full-time availability, at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday • Travel up to 10% may be required
