Beschreibung

• Manage and coordinate the contractor hiring cycle from initial contact through document collection and training • Answer questions regarding the hiring process and document each call • Assist recruiters with gathering leads, reviewing insurance and completing hire packages • Produce daily and monthly reports • Help train team members on First American’s recruiting processes and procedures • Manage and close acquisition requests from area managers • Assist contractors with home warranty procedures and policies • Make outbound calls across the U.S. to market and sell the benefits of joining the contractor network • Set up physical and digital contractor profiles • Obtain required paperwork from contractors, license boards and insurance companies • Assist with first-time billing through the online contractor portal • Negotiate contractor pricing within company guidelines • Monitor reports to identify coverage gaps and contractor hiring needs • Track state license requirements • Process contractor company name changes • Verify contractor hiring-package documentation before CRM approval • Research and distribute leads for hard-to-hire areas • Assist with process-flow, Falcon changes and reporting-tool improvements • Work with Marketing to create new contractor marketing methods • Assist the Manager with daily and monthly production reporting

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred • 2+ years vendor management, Customer Service, Sales, or outbound telesales experience • Basic Commercial Insurance knowledge • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow up • Good listening, verbal and written communication skills • Proven customer service skills • Detail oriented • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands • Strong decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills • Home Warranty or real estate experience desirable
