Beschreibung

• Maintain a unified view across Data Migration, ODPS/Semantic Layer, Data Warehouse, Reporting, downstream applications, and UAT • Drive cross-team collaboration from requirements through validation, including data mapping participation, progress tracking, and change management • Manage sequencing across data mapping, data availability, warehouse consumption, report builds, and downstream application testing • Identify and resolve gaps, conflicts, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies • Build and maintain integrated schedules, dependency maps, and readiness plans across Product, Engineering, Data, Reporting, Testing, and Transformation Office teams • Track critical path activities and escalate concerns with fact-based options and recommendations • Support PI, release, and go-live planning • Lead decision-making forums and document actionable outcomes • Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through mapping, semantic layer exposure, warehouse consumption, reporting, and testing • Drive Jira hygiene, dependency tracking, dashboard reporting, leadership updates, and readiness tracking • Partner on UAT planning and issue resolution • Connect reporting readiness to launch, training, and go/no-go planning

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 7+ years of project, program, transformation, or delivery management experience • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple delivery teams • Strong planning, dependency management, governance, and execution oversight skills • Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, decisions, impediments, and executive escalations • Advanced Jira and Agile delivery experience • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, modernization, or large-scale technology delivery programs • Knowledge of data migration, integration, warehousing, analytics, reporting, and testing processes • Financial services or regulated industry experience • Experience operating within Agile Release Train delivery models • Experience building executive dashboards, scorecards, or readiness reporting • SAFe, PMP, Agile, or related program management certification • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
