Beschreibung

• Lead hiring across Operations, Research, Member Experience and other functions • Manage up to 15 roles concurrently across the UK, US and Germany • Own the full hiring lifecycle from role launch through offer • Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every stage • Coach and support hiring managers and interviewers • Headhunt candidates and build passive talent pools and long-term pipelines • Design role-specific assessment materials and interview processes • Build and steward the employer brand with the Communications team • Build relationships across the effective giving ecosystem through events and professional groups • Establish and maintain hiring reporting and use data for continuous improvement • Embed AI and ATS automation into the hiring process • Support wider people initiatives, including onboarding improvements • Close out 12+ live roles before the end of the year • Report to the People Director and work with the People team across the UK and US

🎯 Anforderungen

• In-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment • End-to-end recruitment expertise, including advising on role requirements, making and negotiating offers • Experience independently managing a high volume of concurrent hiring processes • Ability to coach and support hiring managers and interviewers • Strong headhunting and proactive sourcing skills • Ability to design tailored assessments and interview processes • Excellent judgement and EQ • High personal standards for candidate experience, responsiveness and results • Autonomy, drive and ability to bring structure and creativity to sourcing and hiring • Nice to have: experience hiring into research or advisory roles within the effective giving ecosystem • Nice to have: experience in a mission-driven environment • Based in the US • Willingness to travel to industry conferences and People Team/global offsites
